| August Closing
Blue Agave Restaurant will be closed
the third week of August for painting,
fixing, and general maintenance. This
closing will coincide with a staff trip
to Guadalajara, Mexico. Chef/owner Michael
Marx and his entire staff will be researching
regional tequila and food. Look for
new dishes in the fall inspired by their
